We are excited to have you come to The Opal Beauty Salon!

Please keep these policies in mind while booking and confirming your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us an email and we will be happy to assist!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

If an appointment is re-scheduled more than three times within the 48-hour window, you may be restricted from booking an appointment online. Please contact your stylist directly if this is the case. If a no-show occurs more than once, booking future appointments with the stylist may be prohibited.

This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior will result in a fee of 50% of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.

REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by the stylist. You have 48 hours to contact your stylist to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date.

It is important you contact your stylist as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for corrective service.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

We can not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.

Services such as color, keratin, or extension will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon. If you do not invest in the recommended products we can not perform any redo services complimentary.

NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT

The consultation is a 20-minute appointment where we discuss your hair goals & pricing. This appointment will allow us an opportunity to get to know one another, while also ensuring we are both comfortable and knowledgeable with expectations and to move forward with services. We have the option of both in-person and virtual consultations. Please ensure that you fill out the new consultation form if you are a first-time client which will be available to you once you book the New Client Consultation.
